Responsibilities of an Office Staff:

– Filing documents, organizing records, and handling paperwork efficiently.

Answering Calls & Emails
– Responding to inquiries, forwarding messages, and assisting clients or partners.

Data Entry & Encoding
– Inputting accurate data into the system (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).

Scheduling & Coordination
– Assisting with meetings, appointments, and internal communications.

Receiving and Dispatching Documents
– Managing outgoing/incoming memos, letters, or packages.

Assisting Other Departments
– Providing support to HR, Accounting, or Marketing when needed.

Inventory & Office Supplies Monitoring
– Tracking office supplies and requesting replenishments.

Basic Reports Preparation
– Helping prepare simple reports, summaries, or updates for supervisors.

Maintain Clean and Organized Workspace
– Keeping the office neat and professional at all times.

Follow Company Policies and Procedures
– Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and confidentiality rules.
