JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Open for Undergraduate candidate
✨ With at least 3 years’ experience in customer service in a BPO set up
✨ Willing to work fully onsite in Lapu Lapu Cebu
✨ Amenable to attend interviews
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Utilize chat, email, and phone calls to handle incoming and outgoing customer communications.
✨ Professionally address consumer questions
✨ Determine the client's needs and offer timely, effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and voice issues when needed.
✨ Assist in new team member onboarding and mentorship
✨ Stay informed about our company's policies, products, and services.
✨ When appropriate, recommend and upsell relevant products and services.
✨Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
