Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–4+ years in business development, sales, or account management across FMCG, retail chains, airline catering, meat/seafood trading, or wet market/piso trading.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements, merchandising, category management, and inventory systems depending on sector.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and tech-enabled sales platforms.
• Extensive local market knowledge and established supplier or client relationships preferred.
