Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
College Graduate with 6 months of BPO experience
OR
Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) and 6 months of BPO experience
OR
College Graduate without work experience
OR
Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months of any work experience

Skills & Competencies:
Good customer service orientation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and detail-oriented
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Willing to work onsite

Compensation Package:
PHP 15,000 Basic Salary
PHP 2,000 Account Premium Allowance
PHP 1,000 Flex Fund Allowance (upon hire)
20% Night Differential
HMO on Day 1

HMO coverage for 1 dependent upon regularization
Government-mandated benefits
