About the Role The Claims Processing Executive is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving healthcare claims accurately and efficiently. This role ensures that claims are processed in accordance with client and payer requirements, contributing to smooth revenue cycle operations and excellent customer service delivery. Key Responsibilities Review and process healthcare claims in line with established policies and procedures. Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies, denials, or rejections promptly. Ensure compliance with client and payer rules, as well as data privacy regulations. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of claim activities. Collaborate with internal teams to improve accuracy and turnaround time. Consistently meet or exceed performance targets for quality, accuracy, and productivity. Qualifications For Claims Processing Executive (Junior): Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of BPO experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Willing to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. For Claims Processing Executive (Senior): More than 2 years of experience in a healthcare account, preferably in claims processing or resolution. Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex claim cases. Proven track record in achieving quality and productivity metrics.
