Cold Breeze Airconditioning Services is looking for a skilled and dependable Aircon Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in air conditioning installation, servicing, and troubleshooting. This role plays a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction through quality workmanship and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split-type, window-type, inverter/non-inverter units)
- Conduct routine maintenance checks including cleaning filters, coils, and ductwork
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions
- Charge or recover refrigerant as needed
- Perform testing and commissioning of installed units
- Complete service reports and job documentation accurately
- Ensure proper handling of tools, parts, and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Supervise or assist helpers during field work
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas and service vehicle

Qualifications:
- At least TESDA-certified in RAC Servicing NC II or equivalent experience
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in aircon servicing and installation
- Good understanding of refrigeration cycle and basic electrical concepts
- Can read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot basic system faults
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy units and equipment
- Responsible, punctual, and honest
- Can work independently or with minimal supervision
- Motorcycle license is an advantage (but not required)

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Saturday (8:00 AM to 12:00 NN)
- Must be available for early deployments, overtime, and emergency service calls
