Detailed Duties and Responsibility:

1. Develop and execute account plans for key customers and strategies to achieve the target.

2. Maintain and conduct weekly appointments of the existing customers and key customers.

3. Collaborate with the Sales Team to close new deals.

4. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreement that will help the company of revenues.

5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and executed favorable terms.

6. Provide accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance reports.

7. Gather market comprehensive updates report every month during Sales huddle.

8. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer and history.

9. Provide accurate documents during the negotiation and that will submitted to Admin.

10. Perform and hit the monthly quota.

11. Conduct visits to potential customers in various locations such as businesses, contractors, and other business settings.

12. Report to the office when required by the Immediate Superior.
