We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Sales Representative to join our team in U.S.  Its a leading financial institution dedicated in providing excellent financial services to our customers.

A Financial Sales Representative plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial guidance and support to clients. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses make informed decisions regarding their financial situation and financial goal. You are responsible  facilitating the loan application process and ensuring its smooth progression from start to finish. Your primary responsibility is to coordinate and manage all aspects of loan applications, working closely with customers, loan officers, and other relevant parties.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound inquiries from U.S. consumers about personal financing.
  • Efficiently complete quick personal finance application forms and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with customers to gather additional information or clarification regarding their loan applications.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding loan application, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to loan processing and underwriting.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and internal policies to ensure a high level of integrity and risk management.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. financial industry, especially related to consumer finance.
  • Knowledge of credit ratings, their implications, and how they impact financing decisions.
  • Familiarity with basic standards and practices of financing in the U.S.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S. or Australian campaigns, preferably in credit card, or personal finance.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
