About the JobWe are in search of a proactive and results-driven Trade Marketing Officer with a background in digital marketing, ideally within the food manufacturing sector. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving sales, brand visibility, and market penetration within the trade channel. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of trade marketing expertise and digital marketing proficiency to amplify our presence across relevant digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans in alignment with overall brand and sales objectives, specifically targeting the food manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with trade partners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and product promotion within the trade channel.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and paid advertising, targeting trade-specific audiences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for trade marketing initiatives.
  • Create sales collateral, promotional materials, and presentations to support trade marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, fostering collaboration and driving mutual growth.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at trade channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage with trade partners effectively.
  • Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working specifically with food manufacturing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) companies.
  • Familiarity with trade marketing concepts, retail promotion strategies, and channel management.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
