We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) to join our Marketing Department.

The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in digital marketing, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This internship is designed to provide practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of various marketing functions.

IV. Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the creation and management of content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the execution of social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Assist in the creation of visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
  • Help with the drafting and editing of marketing materials and press releases.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Compile and present data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.

Event Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Help with logistics, attendee communication, and follow-up activities.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the marketing team.
