The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for:

  • The whole cycle of marketing campaigns and events which include creating proposals, planning, execution, and monitoring and assessment of performance
  • Managing and coordinating the logistics, promotional activities, corporate giveaways, and other materials for all marketing campaigns
  • Conducting regular site visits to assess and evaluate activities and/or developments
  • Ensuring that all promotional materials are aligned based on the Brand Book and approved by the Management
  • Managing marketing items inventory and other supplies
  • Conducting and monitoring regular brand awareness activities
  • Conducting research on industry trends and competitors
  • Collaborating with third party agencies on market research and strategy development as needed
  • Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data and metrics
  • Generating reports that include insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Handling procurement and vendor management for marketing-related products and services
  • Regularly attending weekly department meetings and project/ad hoc meetings
  • Performing any fieldwork duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates must have the following:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience specializing in trade marketing and brand management and/or events management
  • Skills: Office365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Data Gathering, Management, and Analytics, Research, Budget Management, Attention to Detail, Client/Stakeholder Management, Project/Task Management, Problem Solving, Time Management
  • Competencies: Creativity, Critical Thinking, Adaptability, Customer Orientation, Innovation, Teamwork and Collaboration, Decision Making, Self-Leadership, Teamwork, Initiative, Drive to Succeed
  • Willingness to do nationwide fieldwork
  • Driving Skills (and a valid driver's license) is a plus
  • Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
