About the role:
The HR Manager provides leadership and supervision to professional, technical, and para-professional staff in delivering fast and highly productive human resources services at the Corporate Office.

- Compensation & Benefits Administration, Job Analysis, and Salary Structure Development
- Statutory Compliance
- Rewards Management
- Labor Cost Management
- Training Needs Analysis, Program Design, Development & Review
- Training Programs Conduct, Evaluation, and Administration
- Performance and Competency Development Planning & Monitoring, Evaluation
- Career Management
- Communication Process Management
- External Relations/Network Building
- Leadership
- Information Management
- Business Knowledge
- Organization Development
Key requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organization Development, or equivalent.
- Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions.
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- General knowledge of labor/employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney.
- Experience in benefits and compensation program administration, as well as other HR recognition and engagement programs and processes.
