About the role

Synercore Heavy Industries Corp., a leading manufacturing company in General Trias City, Cavite, is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Head to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for spearheading the company's marketing initiatives, driving brand visibility, and ensuring the successful promotion of our innovative products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness and market penetration

  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital and print content, to effectively communicate our value proposition

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and events that align with the company's overall business objectives

  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts

  • Oversee the management of the company's online presence, including website, social media channels, and digital marketing platforms

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continually improve and refine strategies

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional results

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful, integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth

  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing plans

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and proposals to stakeholders

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics software

  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Adaptable and resilient, with the agility to navigate change and respond to market dynamics
