About the Role:
Jabez Bacoor Motor Corporation, a reputable name in automotive retail, is looking for a dedicated Group Retail Manager to oversee the performance and daily operations of one of our key branches in Bacoor City. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving overall profitability for the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage the retail team to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction standards

  • Develop and implement localized sales and marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and sales conversion

  • Monitor branch performance metrics, identify trends, and take proactive steps to address challenges

  • Ensure consistent adherence to company standards, policies, and operational procedures

  • Collaborate with head office on inventory, logistics, and support needs to ensure smooth branch operations

  • Cultivate a positive and customer-focused store culture, supporting team growth and performance development

  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and profitability at the branch level

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing retail operations, ideally within the automotive industry

  • Strong sales and operations background with analytical skills to interpret performance data and trends

  • Effective leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Knowledge of automotive sales and service practices is an advantage

  • A degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive retail
