Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engagement strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Help shape and reinforce company values and mission through internal campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with HR, managers, and executives to ensure alignment of engagement efforts.
  • Monitor employee engagement over time and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Represent HR and/or the company during audits requested by customers or certifying bodies.
  • Lead administrative cases and make prompt decisions based on evidence and the Code of Discipline.
  • Conceptualize, organize, and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
  • Represent HR in various company and industry networks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Political Science, Legal Management, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in HR Employee Engagement or handling a similar position
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; above average communication skills
  • Labor relations experience is a plus
