Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Binocular Assembly Operators.

This role involves assembling precision optical products (binoculars) while following strict quality standards and detailed work instructions.

Specific experience in binocular assembly is not required. More than experience, we value a positive work attitude, willingness to learn and a background in assembly or manufacturing.

Full training will be provided for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble binocular units following work instructions and manuals
  • Handle and install small precision parts with care and accuracy
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
  • Report defects or abnormalities to supervisors
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
  • Follow safety and quality control procedures
  • Meet production schedules and targets
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Willing to work overtime and shift work if required
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good eyesight (20/20 vision required; with or without corrective glasses)
  • Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills
  • Patience and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in assembly or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality

Note: This role requires working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment and sitting for extended periods. There may be frequent handling of small parts and tools.

After your training period, you're allowed to listen to music using earphones while working

Schedule
  • Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shift)
  • Overtime: As required
  • Breaktimes: 10:15 - 10:30am (15 mins); 12:00 - 1:00pm (1 hr); 3:15 - 3:30pm (15 mins); 5:00 - 5:10pm (10 mins) (Only if OT)
