Installer / Site Foreman (Construction & Fit-Out Projects)

Biñan, Laguna | Full-time | Onsite

About the Position

Radix HR is looking for experienced Installers to strengthen our construction and fit-out operations in Biñan. The role involves carrying out installation of fixtures, furniture, and finishing works while ensuring precision, quality standards, and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out installation of partitions, furnishings, fixtures, and other construction elements.
  • Interpret and execute plans, drawings, and installation guidelines.
  • Guarantee workmanship accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project leaders to deliver assignments on time.
  • Safely use and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Observe safety regulations and company protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of High School or Vocational/Technical course.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in construction or installation.
  • Skilled in the proper handling of construction tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Can read and follow diagrams, blueprints, or technical instructions.
  • Physically able and comfortable in a construction work setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to safety and quality output.
