Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls for sales, retention, troubleshooting, and cancellations.
  • Making outbound follow-up calls during scheduled hours.
  • Achieving productivity, quality, sales, and revenue targets.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting basic errors with domain names and associated products.
  • Using proprietary database, web, and telephony tools effectively.
  • Accessing and using customer information only as needed for duties.
  • Discussing call monitoring feedback with supervisors to improve performance.
About You

The ideal candidate:

  • Is a recent or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possesses good communication skills.
  • Can work on a shift schedule.
