Job Title: Identity and Access Management Officer

Job Summary:

Develop and maintain user access models for the bank's application systems. Handle the monitoring, management, and coordination of the safekeeping and retrieval of system-related encryption keys and super IDs. Formulate and recommend information security policies and procedures related to access control to meet the bank's security objectives and ensure effective implementation.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate requests for operating system, network data center access control system, telecommunication system, and application system access based on predefined criteria for completeness and validity.
  2. Review existing operating, network, and application system infrastructures to ensure authentic and valid access profiles.
  3. Maintain and review existing network, system, database, data center access control systems, telecommunication systems, and application user access profiles to ensure roles are least privileged and have proper role separation.
  4. Perform identity management for local, network, federated, and global web trusts and identities.
  5. Develop and maintain access profiles based on mandatory, discretionary, or role-based access models.
  6. Ensure least privilege access and separation of duties across all access profiles.
  7. Evaluate and recommend access profiles for different phases of the software development lifecycle.
  8. Formulate, recommend, and review information security policies and procedures on access control.
  9. Monitor, manage, coordinate, and supervise the safekeeping and retrieval of privileged accounts and security/encryption keys.
  10. Perform other related functions as assigned, including updates and improvements.
