About the role

As a Marketing Officer at Taft Property Venture Development Corp.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and communication strategies. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's real estate developments and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
  • Creating and managing compelling content, such as website copy, brochures, presentations, and social media posts
  • Collaborating with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support their efforts
  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing new strategies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Coordinating with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets, to ensure successful campaign execution

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools, such as social media platforms, email marketing, and web analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to achieve marketing objectives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and the local Cebu market is an advantage
