ANZ Senior Bid Manager - Technology Sales

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work 1 day in the office, 4 days a week from home.

About the role

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality bid responses. We will count on you to orchestrate and lead multiple resources across delivery teams in supporting the design & creation of strong, winning bids for Enterprise, Commercial, and Public Sector clients for Product sales. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Do quality review of Strategic proposal responses to ensure alignment to questions
  • Ensure all Account Managers allocated to the bid have the time to do the work
  • Oversee proposal response processes and look for improvements and efficiencies
  • Review proposal and break response into tasks and assign responsibilities
  • Schedule response components and ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Maintain proposal templates and content management in Qorus

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for Proposal writing for multi-million-dollar contracts
  • Over 7+ years of experience in Bid construct & Bid Management roles
  • Experience in the MSFT Platform (desirable)
  • Experience in Professional Services and Managed Services is preferable
  • Ability to lead and orchestrate across multiple Practices, working closely with Sales, and the Regional Directors
  • Exceptional time management & collaboration skills
  • Professional project management skills, leadership skills- needs to manage people, time management (flexibility), AU government bids and provident
