Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of testers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Create, review, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Oversee the execution of Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT
  • Ensure the preparation and maintenance of test environments
  • Analyze and report test findings, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage defect reporting and resolution processes, ensuring efficient communication with development teams
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to align testing with business requirements
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members to enhance skills and performance
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any four-year course
  • With at least 3 years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles
  • Experience in Software Testing for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SAP systems (MM, SD, WM, FICO, ERP), Automation, or Performance Testing
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Having knowledge of AI concepts, with the ability to discern and evaluate AI-generated content is highly preferred
