We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Test Manager to lead our Quality Assurance (QA) efforts and manage testing teams for mission-critical software projects. You will play a key role in defining test strategies, managing risk, driving quality initiatives, and ensuring delivery excellence. This role is ideal for a QA leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end QA efforts across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to align on quality goals.
  • Perform project-level risk analysis and create mitigation strategies.
  • Drive the creation and execution of detailed test plans and strategies.
  • Analyze testing data and trends to improve test effectiveness and product quality.
  • Manage testing schedules and ensure team deliverables meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee defect management and coordinate bug fixes with engineering teams.
  • Define and implement QA processes and best practices across the team.
  • Document testing standards, strategies, and system behaviors.
  • Guide team members through training and mentorship to elevate QA capabilities.
  • Participate in sprint planning, triage calls, and other project meetings.
  • Perform project estimation to support planning and resource allocation.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect prevention.

Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • 8+ years in a Test Manager or QA Leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing QA teams and driving testing best practices.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern QA tools.
  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Makati or Ortigas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
