National Sales Manager

This position is primarily responsible for providing management support to the Chief Revenue Officer in formulating sales strategies and with the Regional Sales Managers and Territory Development Managers for the planning, implementation and monitoring of various cluster-specific initiatives geared towards satisfying customers and achieving revenue and profit goals for all branches nationwide.
The National Sales Manager recommends to the Chief Revenue Officer in ensuring continuous improvement of Branch Operations policies, processes and systems and ensures the alignment of Branch Sales Operations, KRAs and KPIs to corporate objectives by inspiring its team to make things happen under his watch.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the agricultural sector.
