Coordinator – Early Careers and Campus (Fixed-term Contract)

The Role

As an Early Careers & Campus Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. You will leverage relationship-building and process-management skills to collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience aligned with each client's values and goals.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
  • Managing ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
  • Keeping stakeholders updated on relevant processes
  • Managing day-to-day queries and escalating where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement within the team
You'll need to demonstrate
  • Effective English business communication, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Willingness to work in a midshift schedule
  • Amenability to work on a fixed-term contract
