About the Role
As part of our customer service and product troubleshooting team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution. This temporary position, with the potential to turn into a full-time role, will cover for an employee on leave until the end of the year. Your expertise will help us maintain exceptional service levels.

- Strong Communication Skills: Your proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enables you to interact effectively with customers and team members.

What you will be doing
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Product Troubleshooting: Assist customers with technical problems, offering solutions and guidance.
- Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure comprehensive problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Strong experience in customer service.

- Familiarity with product support and troubleshooting processes.
- Any relevant certifications in customer service or technical support.
