Manage day-to-day operations of short and long-term rental properties, hiring, financial reporting, acquisitions, and business development.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
Compensation & Benefits
  • SALARY: PHP 35,000-70,000/MONTH
