Roving Merchandiser

About the role

Reporting into the Head of Merchandising, we are seeking a Roving Merchandiser to join the THUNDERBIRD MANAGEMENT & SERVICE CORP.' team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality product presentation and optimal stock levels across multiple retail locations.

What you'll be doing

1. Visiting designated retail locations on a regular schedule to check merchandise compliance and stock levels
2. Restocking and replenishing products as needed to maintain optimal inventory
3. Ensuring all merchandising displays, signage, and branding are maintained to company standards
4. Communicating with store managers and providing feedback on stock issues or merchandising concerns
5. Identifying opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance
6. Assisting with seasonal product launches and special merchandising projects
7. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on key performance metrics

What we're looking for

1. 1-2 years of experience as a merchandiser or retail associate with a demonstrated track record of success
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to complete tasks on schedule
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store personnel
4. Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and proven ability to create attractive, on-brand displays
5. Proficient in using mobile devices and relevant software to track inventory and log store visits
6. A flexible schedule to accommodate travel between multiple store locations
