What You'll Do

  • Head end-to-end delivery of projects across wealth management, asset management, and private banking.

  • Drive implementation and enhancement of systems including Avaloq, treasury platforms, and trust solutions.

  • Manage initiatives across securities, treasury products, and core banking operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Oversee project risks, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective execution.

  • Deliver regular updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring projects align with business strategy.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk management frameworks throughout project lifecycles.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience Project Manager within wealth management, asset management, or private banking.

  • Hands-on experience with Avaloq is essential.

  • Experience using treasury operations, trust platforms, and securities processing.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

  • Adaptable, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
