  • Determine and define project scope and objectives

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

  • Predict and manage resources effectively and efficiently

  • Ensure correct implementation procedure is practiced onsite - Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

  • Identify and manage project risk and ensure compliance with project deliverables

  • Manage contracts by negotiating and coordinating with vendors and suppliers

  • Utilize the best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution

  • Maintain the safety of employees, subcontractors, and suppliers through the effective execution of project plans

  • Oversee all project administration including submittals, site instructions, etc.

  • Supervise and monitor the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers, with regard to schedules, performance, and payments

  • Conduct regular meetings with concerned members of the client, consultants, project team, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategies, adjustments, and progress onsite

  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

  • Track project costs and expenses in order to keep within the set budget

  • Provide accurate reports with proper documentation to the management and clients

  • Prepare and submit periodic project reports to the executives

  • Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015

  • Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes

  • Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations

  • Ensure the promotion of customer focus

  • Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained

  • Other tasks related to the position

  • Licensed Civil Engineer

  • Can start ASAP
