Overview

Assist the PMO team in creating and maintaining project dashboards, monitoring project plans, timelines and costs, and making timely callouts. Coordinate project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors related to domain-specific tasks. Provide logistics and administrative support and contribute to risk mitigation and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of domain-level and rolled-up project documentation and reports.
  • Transform project data to usable reports for the project delivery team.
  • Attend project-related meetings, ceremonies, and critical site activities.
  • Vendor management and vendor resource tracking.
  • Provide timely updates and project reports as needed.
  • Identify and sort Statements of Work (SOW) based on region/squad/teams/vendors, etc.
  • Prepare reports in client-required formats (examples: Status, Post-activity, Completion, Progress, Deviation Analysis, Build Fault Ticket Closure, Rolling Forecast/Build Planning, PCR Monitoring).
  • Support TRFS/CRFS, milestone tracking, and handover to operations.
  • Consolidate master data and ensure proper gating and data completeness; build handover-to-ops reports.
  • Transform project data to usable reports to aid risk mitigation and issue resolution related to budget, inventory, and PR/PO.
  • Consolidate and analyze rollout and project updates to monitor initiatives within the portfolio; provide summaries for portfolio performance metrics.
  • Monitor end-to-end compliance of projects against the portfolio roadmap.
  • Support the Portfolio Manager in critical portfolio meetings and cadences.
  • Participate in Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) to identify wins, lessons learned, and key improvements.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a PMO analyst or in a similar role in Telecommunications.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong coordination, administrative abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools; experience in vendor/subcontract management.
  • Experience in validation and review of complex data; good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills; team player capable of generating dashboards from available data.
