Operations and Finance Administrator — Remote — Night Shift — $1,000 USD/month base + performance bonuses

BBG is a company that distributes industrial supplies. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations and Finance Administrator to join our small team.

This is a full-time, remote role supporting core operations and financial functions. You'll help manage day-to-day finance and logistics using tools including Zoho Books, Google Sheets, and more.

What You'll Do
  • Manage invoicing, receivables/payables, and cash flow tracking
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
  • Help coordinate inventory and logistics
  • Streamline processes across finance and operations
  • Collaborate closely with our CEO, Operations & Finance Lead, and delivery team
  • Use cloud-based tools for task management, documentation, and communication
What We're Looking For
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
  • Experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with use of AI
  • Self-motivated and reliable with strong communication skills
  • Back-up power and internet in case of infrastructure interruption
  • Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM ADT (Atlantic Daylight Time), Monday to Friday
  • Breaks: 1-hour daily break
  • Tech stack: Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Google Suite, WhatsApp, Zoom, Loom, ChatGPT, Hubstaff
  • Communication: Must be available on WhatsApp and via Zoom during working hours
  • Transparency: Regular screen sharing and time/activity tracking required
