About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance and Accounting operations. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive background in audit, tax, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, and with proven leadership experience in managing finance teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the company's Finance Department, including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and Billing & Collection.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Facilitate audit requirements and coordinate with both internal and external auditors.
  • Review and approve payments, contracts, billing invoices, and other financial transactions.
  • Act as system administrator for the company's online banking platforms.
  • Prepare and present reports for the Executive Committee and Management, including industry analysis, financial forecasts, and budget packages.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed and in good standing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (preferably with honors).
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in finance, audit, and accounting, with 7+ years in a leadership/management role.
  • Strong expertise in IFRS, IAS, auditing standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Industry exposure in real estate, construction, education, financial services, or government sector is an advantage.
