Overview

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communication
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff
  • Coordinate and support various projects and administrative functions as requested
  • Handle phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Requirements
  • Must have at least 6 months of experience as an Administrative Assistant in the U.S. Healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in administration is a plus
  • Familiarity with office management software and procedures
