JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides clerical and administrative support to the department.
- Monitors incoming and outgoing documents.
- Organizes and maintains files and records.
- Draft internal and external communication.
- Monitors and coordinates with other departments/divisions on deliverables, presentations, etc.
- Assists with meetings.
- All other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Administration or any 4-year course
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or at least one year of related experience.
- Efficient in MS Office
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be organized and has high attention to details.
- Time management skills.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at South Coast City, Cebu.
