Job Summary

Provide effective diagnostic evaluation of customer needs, respond promptly, and resolve issues to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, and support for IT infrastructure and applications, as well as supporting security policies and participating in on-call duties and potential business trips.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in:
  • Windows and Windows Server troubleshooting, Active Directory, File server, DHCP, DNS, Network Policy Server, Patching
  • Firewall, Routing, Switching, Wireless, Structured cabling
  • Linux, Apache/NGINX, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Office 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, CompTIA Server+ or Network+ (preferred)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with initiative
Working Conditions

Hybrid setup; on-call during off-hours, willing to work during holidays and weekends if necessary.
