Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Davao. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, live chat, and social media interactions. The agent will provide high-quality support, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with customers, accurate documentation of interactions, and collaboration with team members to improve service processes.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and possess strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work on-site in Davao
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
