Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience as WFM Scheduler in a BPO/Call Center Setup
  • All candidates must be amenable to start ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service Planning
  • Create short-term to long-range forecasts for workload, HC requirements, AHT trends, shrinkage inputs, and occupancy.
  • Evaluate attainment and trend against targets to identify workload changes and realign as needed.
  • Track and report forecasted vs. actual production volume trends; perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor attendance and tardiness; adjust staffing; update scheduling database; generate reports.
  • Adept in capacity planning and maintenance.
Scheduling and Dissemination
  • Using IEX, generate schedules, determine shift types, and staffing levels to meet service levels by LOB and campaign.
  • Maintain and clean up headcount roster and related credentials in IEX.
  • Load historical volumes and patterns to project variances.
  • Ensure operational staff are effectively positioned, minimizing overtime.
  • Schedule agent development activities within budget and coordinate large-scale training efforts.
  • Identify needs for overtime and staffing adjustments in advance; manage time-off requests objectively.
  • Conduct meetings with departmental partners to review staffing models, risks, and action plans.
