This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach by developing and executing effective sales strategies. The role requires identifying and targeting potential clients, presenting tailored solutions that align with their business needs, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance metrics, analyzing program profitability, and implementing strategies to optimize financial outcomes. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing customer awareness of new business initiatives, cultivating new opportunities through market research and networking, and establishing partnerships with Authorized Service Centers (ASC) to drive program expansion. The goal is to convert prospects into long-term customers and ensure sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
  2. Identify potential clients and offer solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders for long-term partnerships.
  4. Track sales performance to ensure targets are met.
  5. Analyze profitability and improve financial outcomes.
  6. Promote new business sales initiatives through campaigns.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  8. Partner with Authorized Service Centers (ASC) to expand programs.
  9. Implement lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into loyal customers.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  3. Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, and account management.
  4. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  6. Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  7. Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or customer service are an advantage.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
