Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales and business development initiatives.
You will engage in on-the-ground market research to identify new opportunities for business, develop business proposals for existing and new clients, and manage the sales pipeline from qualified leads to closing of sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Engaging in market research to identify new business opportunities
- Developing business proposals for clients and determining cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing of sales
- Negotiating terms, contacts, and packages of new and existing accounts
- Preparing and analyzing monthly sales performance
- Facilitating research on competitors' product offerings and market performances
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
