About the role

Dive into the dynamic world of Sales with Reckitt and be at the forefront of driving growth As a Business Development Manager supporting different Sales Channels, you will build and execute strategies that resonate with our customers in Trade. This role is your opportunity to bring creativity and analytics together, influencing sales and creating lasting impacts on the market.

Your responsibilities
  1. Develop channel marketing tactics in line with business goals to boost sales and brand recognition.
  2. Conduct market analysis to unlock channel opportunities and monitor competitive activities.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams and trade marketing teams to ensure strong in-market executions.
  4. Plan and roll out compelling channel campaigns and events.
  5. Build strong relationships with trade partners and support the sales team with strategic tools.
The experience we're looking for
  1. Demonstrated experience leading a sales team with a focus on results and professional development.
  2. Skilled in cultivating strong partnerships in varying channels and adept at negotiation.
  3. Track record of teamwork with marketing, supply, and finance teams to execute sales initiatives.
  4. Strong grasp of channel performance metrics with an ability to drive insights into action.
  5. Competency in handling budgets, forecasts, and resources with due diligence and efficiency.
