Sales Lead Position

A motivated and results-driven Sales Lead with at least 2 years of experience in sales or a similar leadership role. This position is a pivotal role in driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience which fosters a high-performing and customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  2. Implement sales strategies and best practices to boost performance and revenue growth.
  3. Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Provide hands-on training and live coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  5. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals through regular feedback and recognition.
  6. Act as a mentor by demonstrating exceptional sales techniques and customer service.
  7. Promote a customer-first culture among team members.
  8. Support inventory management and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  10. Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
  11. Collaborate with management and other departments to align on goals and strategies.
  12. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, retail, or a related field, with leadership experience preferred.
  2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  3. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team in a sales-driven environment.
  4. Proficiency with sales tools and technology, including CRM systems.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  6. Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
