POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Copywriter, you'll be helping to heighten our brand in the marketplace all while working in a fun and relaxed environment. In this role, you will be responsible for writing copy for email blasts, follow-up emails, sales emails, and all steps of our sales funnels. You will play a critical role in our marketing process and will be a key contributor to our growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing our brand through multiple media avenues such as print, internet, social media, and advertising
• Write copy for all emails and funnel steps, using your knowledge of sales and psychology to improve sales conversion, click, and open rates
• Analyze email & funnel statistics and actively work to improve conversion rates at all points in the funnel/email cycle that revolves around copy
• Split test copy in all emails and funnels
• Assisting and engaging in high-level discussions and decisions
• Knowledge of Adobe Suites
• Knowledge of Hubspot and/or Salesforce CRM
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with other Directors and Leaders to capitalize on opportunities
• Assisting in implementation and maintaining budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics, and resources

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
