The marketing associate is responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns. They will work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop strategies, create content, and track results, and performance reports. The marketing associate will support the marketing team in achieving objectives and meeting deadlines. Strong writing, communication, and research skills are essential for success in this role. Job Description
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads and support sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials.
• Coordinating and executing marketing events and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and engage with target audiences.
• Support digital marketing efforts.
• Assist in creating marketing collaterals, such as content, brochures, presentations, sales materials, and advertisements, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update marketing databases.
• Support lead generation activities by qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in the lead conversion process.
• Assist in technical tasks for monthly webinars.
• Assist in creating scripts, content, and letters.
• Social media management
• Copywriting
• Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by managementJob Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or any related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Must have excellent written communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics. Familiarity with market research, branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
• Ability to interpret marketing metrics to drive marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
• Must be proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools. Like social media management, email marketing, and others.
• Can contribute out-of-the-box ideas to the team and develop innovative ideas and campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure effective execution.
• Must work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from various departments, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy and objective.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in marketing materials
• Must be creative, and innovative and must be able to improvise.
• Must be proactive in identifying opportunities and take initiative in implementing marketing initiatives.
• Must have strong time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage workloads effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Must adhere to professional ethics.
• Bust be committed to staying updated on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices through learning, training, etc.
• Must be proficient in Google Workspace.
• Copywriting skills are a plus.
• Highly trainable and flexible.
