We are seeking a competitive and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Qualifications

  1. Superior verbal and conversational knowledge of English language (C1 or C2 with good articulation)
  2. Excellent listening and reasoning skills
  3. Resilient, persistent, and adaptable to change with strong sales decisiveness and ability to multitask
  4. Energized by a challenge
  5. Detail and solution oriented
  6. Customer centered mindset
  7. Ability to perform work based on US CST timezone (UST - 06:00)

Responsibilities

  1. Answer inbound and outbound calls, with successful representatives answering an average of 40-60 daily calls and closing at minimum 18% of deals daily
  2. Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive environment
  3. Assist in developing workflows of inbound and outbound calls
  4. Balance a positive customer experience with a seamless and effective sales process
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, product trends and services offered
  6. Other sales-related duties as assigned
