Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at TDCX. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle in one Global Leader Account about ePayment Gateway Solution.
You will engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, COO, and CFO of SME businesses from North America. Your goal will be to understand the buyer journey and lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Serve as the first point of contact with many new and growing businesses interested in our ePayment Gateway Solution.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SME businesses.
- Route non-sales leads or specific inbound sales leads to the most appropriate queue based on rules while maintaining a premier user experience.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales (Full sales cycle, preferably B2B: Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Inside Sales Specialists).
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in any field.
- Willing to work on the Night Shift.
- Result-driven, able to deal with ambiguity, possess command skills, integrity, and trust.
- Excellent organizational and client-service skills.
