Sales and Business Development Senior Supervisor

The Sales and Business Development Senior Supervisor handles the marketing and recruitment activities of the Institute to get students for degree programs.
Responsibilities
Execute and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing and recruitment activities for assigned program.
Acts as the first touch base of prospects. Qualify, nurture, and close prospects to a successful applicant.
Serves as the secondary contact for all recruitment related activities both internal and external for the assigned program.
Achieve enrollment targets by working closely with the recruitment team and program team and providing counselling to prospects and partners.
Track and maintain all contact and prepare reports, analytics, demographics, of student recruited for the program.
Job Specification
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course
Minimum Experience
Minimum three years' experience in business development, sales, direct marketing, and/or relationship management.
