Provide professional customer service and support for climate technology solutions in a global, sustainability-focused company.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide professional and efficient customer service as guided by defined processes and procedures, using tools and systems within assigned functions such as pricing and availability, purchase order entry, order/shipment status, product lead times, call back/follow up, cross reference, general product information, and logistics.
  • Deliver accurate solutions for customer concerns, including expediting orders, invoice corrections, return goods authorization, special build and drop-off orders, tracking and correcting purchase orders, and handling customer complaints such as missed shipments and incorrect drop-offs.
  • Manage efficient use of production time and company resources through accuracy in interaction handling and maintaining productivity within acceptable transaction volume levels.
  • Attend training, workshops, seminars, and focus group discussions as part of the team.
  • Contribute to other projects as needed, act as a backup for colleagues, identify process improvement opportunities, and complete additional assignments as directed by leadership.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course; graduates of any engineering discipline are also considered.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; two years of interactive customer service experience preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in marketing, sales, supply chain, or similar functions is a plus.
  • Background in offshore service operations and customer service in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Customer service minded with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to assume cross-trained and backup functions as needed.
  • Capable of interacting with all levels of management, both internal and external.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in another language is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Oracle, Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, and other business systems and tools.
  • Willing to work on shifting operations, including weekends with scheduled days off.
  • Able to function independently and maintain a positive energy level in a dynamic environment.
