Accounting Trainer

Schedule: 7 AM to 4 PM/ 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday
Workplace: Onsite / Hybrid

Job Description:
- Conduct necessary training programs, including basic ANZ accounting units to train and upskill new hires.
- Assist the training team in developing and updating of training courses for the learning and upskilling of team members.
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees including both soft and technical skills.
- Maintain a relevant repository of reusable training materials.
- Submit training compliance and reports regularly or as required.
- Identify, coordinate, and implement initiatives related to learning and operations support.
- Attend necessary training for professional growth and experience.
- Identify and perform other projects and duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in ANZ accounting preferred.
- Understanding of key Business Activities.
- Completed a bachelor's degree in accounting or higher. Preferably a CPA but not required.
- Competent knowledge in accounting and tax compliance activities for ANZ business.
- Competent level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team environment.
- Strong computer/technical skills.
