US Accounting Content Developer and Trainer

Location: Clark/Mandaluyong/Tarlac/Cebu

Shift: Night shift – 9PM-6AM PH

Arrangement: Hybrid, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hybrid role that involves writing and developing comprehensive training content and training delivery.
  2. Responsible for creating educational materials and training programs related to accounting practices and principles for North America regions which includes US and Canada.
  3. Develop comprehensive training material for accounting roles covering general accounting, Tax, Auditing, and Bookkeeping.
  4. Delivering training sessions on various US and CA accounting topics and assisting trainees with understanding complex accounting concepts and software.
  5. Write, edit, and proofread content, transforming complex accounting concepts into accessible and informative material for our audience.
  6. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure factual accuracy and relevance of content.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of our services and the accounting industry to create content that showcases our thought leadership.
  8. Create training materials and conduct workshops to educate our content team on accounting principles, industry jargon, and best practices in writing for a financial audience.
  9. Manage content calendars, ensuring that all content is produced on schedule and aligns with our marketing objectives.
  10. Analyze content performance using analytics tools to optimize future content for engagement and lead generation.
  11. Stay current with accounting industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in content creation to ensure our content remains relevant and authoritative.
  12. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement among the content team.

Qualifications / Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in US accounting or related field, along with experience in training or education.
  3. Excellent grasp of the written language, with strong attention to detail.
  4. Excellent grammar, clarity, and the ability to explain complex accounting concepts in an accessible manner.
  5. Solid understanding in Accounting (Bookkeeping), Taxation, and Audit for US/CA companies.
  6. Ability to conduct thorough research to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  7. A portfolio showcasing writing samples, especially those related to accounting topics.
  8. Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
  9. Content writer certification is a plus. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
